| Use | Use calcitonin gene-related peptide fragment 8-37 is also called CGRP8-37 in human body. Studies have found that CGRP8-37 is one of the latest CGPR receptor antagonists. It is a polypeptide with better affinity for binding to the receptor than CGRP. Clinical studies have shown that this drug can not only significantly reduce the nerve pain induced by CGRP, but also is safe without side effects and will not affect normal physiological sensation and motor ability. CGRP8-37 is the drug of choice for specific treatment of neuropathic pain. |
